First stop was Belgrade. In Belgrade the delegation met up with the leadership of the Youth of LDP, and LDP parliamentary member Nenad Prokic. Mr Prokic explained the diffcult political and economic position of Serbia. Currently only progressive and truly pro-European party in Serbia, LDP, is worried about the future of Serbia. LDP is the only political party that acknowledges Kosovo as the independent state and sees the only possible future of Serbia as the member state of European Union . As such they are often ignored by the media, and often attacked by all the other political parties in Serbia.

On the next stop, the delegation met up with the liberals of Montenegro in Europe's newest capital, Podgorica. Political situation in Montenegro is not as difficult in Serbia, but Montenegro has a long way to go. Current government is often criticised by the LPCG for it's passivity. LPCG is also only liberal party in Montenegro, but with only one representative in the Montenegro Parliament. However their public popularity is rising, and LPCG has high hopes for future.

In Podgorica LYMEC-LPCG press conference was held, where speakers, Dejan Radunic (MLD, Slovenia), Sandra Mitrovic (President of the youth of LPCG) and LYMEC Bureau member Slaven Klobucar supported Montenegro's ambition to become EU member, but also criticised current government for it's passiveness regarding this and other crucial issues for Montenegro.

After great hospitality shown by LPCG, the delegation continued their trip to Pristina. On the dinner meeting with parliamentary member of PLK, mr. Gjergj Dedaj and the leader of the parliamentary group of AAK Party, Gjylnaze Syla. Ms. Syla and mr. Dedaj discussed with the delegation about current situation on Kosovo and what are their expectations about the time frame for Kosovo's independence. They expect it to happen as soon as next month, but by the end of this year for sure
